Yuxiang Tofu

Tofu cut into cubes

Use 2 tablespoons of light soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of dark soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of vinegar, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon of salt, a little chicken essence, 1 tablespoon of sugar and appropriate amount of starch, add half a cup of water to make a bowl of juice

After the water is boiled, add a teaspoon of salt and cook the tofu for three minutes

After the oil is hot, add the chopped green onion, ginger, garlic and a spoonful of bean paste and stir fry for a fragrant flavor

Tips:
Tofu is more tenacious when boiled in salted water, or it can be slightly fried in oil.
