Yuxiang shredded pork is a common Sichuan dish. The dish is ruddy in color, tender in meat, fresh in quality, and rich in fish flavor. This method is derived from the unique Sichuan folk cooking fish seasoning method, and it has been widely used in Sichuan-style cooked dishes.
Bought a packet of fish-flavored shredded pork seasoning bag and tried it out.

Ingredients

Yuxiang Tofu Shreds

1. Shred dried tofu, carrots and green peppers separately

2. Heat oil in a pan, add garlic cloves and sauté

3. Add carrot shreds and stir fry to change color

4. Add shredded tofu and stir fry

5. Put fish-flavored shredded pork seasoning in the bowl

6. Add appropriate amount of water and starch to melt

7. Stir green pepper shreds in the pot and stir-fry

8. Then add the fish-flavored shredded pork seasoning and stir fry

9. Finally, pour in the mixed gorgon sauce and stir well.
