Yuxiang Yuba

Soak the yuba in cold water for about 3 hours to open, and cut into pieces for later use.

Slice the garlic and cut the onion into sections for later use.

Add the lean meat slices and add starch, mix well, heat the pan with cold oil to cook the meat slices smoothly and serve.

Heat the oil in the pan and add garlic slices and chopped pepper until fragrant.

Stir-fry the yuba and pork slices, add salt and soy sauce to taste, sprinkle with green onions and serve.
Tips:
Hot water is not suitable for soaking yuba.
