Yuzi Shrimp

Egg tofu. (Also called Japanese tofu).

Fresh shrimp.

After removing the head and shrimp thread, wash, add white pepper and cooking wine.

Stir well with chopsticks.

Remove the outer packaging of the egg tofu, cut off the head and tail (in order not to waste, I chopped it and spread it in the middle), and cut the rest evenly and put it on the plate. (The plate is a bit big).

Then put the marinated shrimp on top of the tofu, and put a peas one by one.

Boil water in a steamer, add tofu, steam for 8 minutes on high heat, turn off the heat and simmer for 5 minutes.

Sprinkle with chopped green onion, top with light soy sauce and hot oil.

Serve delicious.
Tips:
1This dish does not require extra salt, so light soy sauce can be seasoned.
2 Don't steam too long, otherwise the shrimp will get old.
3 If you don't like scallion, you can leave it alone.
