The tender and smooth jade shrimp preserves the most original taste of the food, has a good appearance, and is nutritious for all ages.

Yuzi Shrimp

1. Add a little black pepper and a little salt to the shrimp for 15 minutes.

2. Cut the carrot into 10 thin slices, cut off the two sharp corners of each jade tofu, and cut it into three cylinders on average. The chopped jade tofu is placed on the carrot slices.

3. Scrap the asparagus and cut into slices

4. Place the shrimp on the tofu and garnish with sliced asparagus.

5. Put the jade prawns in a steamer and steam for 15 minutes on high heat.

6. Add a spoonful of starch to half a bowl of water to make starch water. In another oil pan, add a spoonful of light soy sauce, a spoonful of oil, a little chicken essence, and starch water to make a gorgon sauce.

7. Just pour the gorgon sauce on the steamed jade shrimp.

Tips:

When cutting jade tofu, the action should be light, otherwise it is easy to cut the shape.
