Zero Failure: Chopped Pepper Bass
1.
Wash the sea bass and drain the fish. Use a horizontal knife on the fish. Spread the cooking wine and salt evenly. Put the green onion and ginger and marinate for about 15 minutes. Remember to also put the green onion and ginger in the belly of the fish.
2.
This is chopped pepper, which is available in supermarkets. I bought it at Cat Super and it was delivered soon. But it's not too spicy.
3.
The chopped peppers are evenly placed on the fish. Because the chopped peppers are not spicy enough, I added a little chopped fresh red pepper. Remember to put some chopped peppers and chopped red peppers in the belly of the fish.
4.
Forgot to take the steamed picture. Boil the water in a steamer, add the sea bass, and steam for ten minutes on high heat, without removing the lid, and steam for three minutes. Out of the pot.
5.
The fish is topped with steamed fish soy sauce and coriander. Separate the wok, put the pepper in the hot pan with cold oil, fry out the flavor and remove the pepper and only the pepper oil, and pour it on the fish while it is hot.
6.
The fragrant and tender chopped pepper sea bass is a success! Serve it with rice while it's hot, it's really delicious!
