Zero Failure for Newbies with Sushi and Seaweed Rice

Cut carrots, cucumbers, and ham into strips. Cook the carrots in hot water and fry the eggs in an electric cooker.

Let the rice cool, add crushed seaweed, sushi vinegar, salt and sugar, and stir well. You can try the taste by yourself and add the seasoning at the same time. Don't add too much.

Prepare the bamboo curtain, place a piece of seaweed on the bamboo curtain, and then take a large spoonful of rice, spread it evenly on the seaweed, press and compact, leaving a strip around.

Spread a layer of salad dressing first.

Add carrots, cucumbers, ham and eggs.

For cutting sushi, you need a sharper knife to cut it well. You can wet the knife with hot water before cutting.
