Zhang's Braised Pork Belly with Tofu in Oil
1.
Preparation materials: slice pork belly, tofu in oil from the middle torn in half (so it's easy to taste), screw pepper hob to cut, just cut garlic as you like
2.
Turn on the hot pot, throw the pork belly into the pot and refine some lard (don't refine the pork belly for too long, keep the meat tender and ready for use)
3.
Throw the oily tofu, screw pepper, and garlic seeds into the pot and start to stir fry. Let’s turn on a medium-to-small heat here (avoid oily tofu frying)
4.
Add appropriate amount of salt, dark soy sauce and oyster sauce during the stir-frying process, and continue to stir-fry
5.
Add a little water (about 1 and a half tablespoon of water, if you have soup at home, you can add soup), boil it on high heat, and cook until there is a little soup left.
Tips:
In fact, you can keep adding water to make the flavor into the oily tofu faster, which is more delicious.
