Wash the pork belly first.

Scrape the skin with a knife.

Cut into 6mm pieces.

Finely chop green onion and ginger.

Pork belly, 1 teaspoon of Shao wine, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, sweet noodle sauce, chicken powder, sugar, minced green onion and ginger.

Grab it with your hands and marinate for 20 minutes.

Add homemade fried rice noodles.

Stir evenly.

Wash the pumpkin and peel it.

Cut into 8mm thick slices.

Put it in the bottom part of the plate.

Place a circle around the plate.

Finally, add the meat slices.

Put another circle of pumpkins.
15.
Put water in a pot to boil, add pumpkin steamed meat.

Steam on high heat for 2 hours, adding hot water once in between to avoid drying out the pot.

Let it sit on the table and enjoy.
