Zhongshan Siwu Soup

Prepare raw materials in advance

Cut tofu into pieces; blanch daylily in boiling water and soak in clean water; cut old ginger into silk; cut green onions into flowers

Pour a small amount of oil into the pot to heat up, add the ginger shreds and fry until fragrant, pour in a suitable amount of water and boil, add the tofu, black fungus, day lily, and soybean sprouts into the pot according to the cooking time
4.
Add salt to taste just before serving, sprinkle with chopped green onion and serve
Tips:
1. Fresh day lily contains colchicine, so it must be blanched in boiling water and rinsed repeatedly with water to remove colchicine; if it is dried day lily, just soak in water directly
2. The black fungus is soaked in advance
3. This soup list is refreshing, with a small amount of oil
4. Because the cooking time of the four ingredients is different, it is recommended to put tofu and fungus first, and then bean sprouts and daylily.
