Duck has a big taste, it will smell like duck feather if it is not done well, so I first use cooking wine, light soy sauce, pepper powder, and star anise and marinate for 10 minutes

I used my own pickled ginger and pickled peppers. I was afraid that they weren’t hot enough and I bought the line peppers.

Put the oil, put a little bit more, pour the duck into the pan and fry, about 10 minutes, according to the size of the duck meat, I cut it small so it cooks quickly

Duck meat is eighth mature, put in pickled pepper, pickled ginger, line, pepper, onion, etc. Stir fry, add salt according to the taste, if you are afraid that it will not be cooked, add a little water to braise

Finally served on the pot
Tips:
Because our pickled peppers and string peppers are relatively spicy, my husband and I ate this dish in tears, but it feels super refreshing
