Zongxiang Glutinous Rice Pork Ribs

Wash and drain the ribs, add 20ml cooking wine, 25g oyster sauce, 25g barbecued pork sauce, 10ml light soy sauce, 2g salt

After mixing well, put it in a fresh-keeping bag and put it in the refrigerator for more than 3 hours

After washing the glutinous rice, soak it in clean water for about 3 hours, then remove and drain after soaking.

Add 5ML light soy sauce, 5ML dark soy sauce, 1g sugar, 1g salt to the glutinous rice, mix well

Wrap each piece of marinated ribs in glutinous rice

Wash the zong leaves in clean water in advance, and cut off the head and tail. Spread the ribs covered with glutinous rice on one end of the zongye, if the rice is not too much, you can sprinkle with appropriate amount of glutinous rice

Add 1800ML water and steaming rack to the automatic cooking pot

Tips:
1. The glutinous rice must be soaked thoroughly in advance, so that the steamed glutinous rice will be shiny and will not be caught
2. Ribs are best to choose ribs, evenly sized, and marinate for more than 3 hours in advance
3. It is best to cook the zong leaves in advance and put some oil in the water, which is actually the same as making zongzi.
