Zongxiang Pork Ribs Roll

Soak 200g of washed glutinous rice in clean water for 4 hours, soak 4 dried shiitake mushrooms in warm water and dice, add to the glutinous rice, add 5ml of soy sauce, and mix well

Add 500g of ribs to 7ml of cooking wine, 7ml of light soy sauce, 7ml of oyster sauce, 3g of salt, 3g of starch, 3 slices of ginger, 3 segments of green onion, mix well and chill and marinate for 1 hour

The marinated ribs are rolled in glutinous rice and dipped in glutinous rice

Wash and dry the zong leaves, trim the head and tail, layer the mixed glutinous rice at one end, arrange the ribs, and then layer the glutinous rice

Roll up the zong leaves, tie them tightly with a rope, and wrap everything in order

Put it in a steamer, steam on high heat for more than 1 hour until it is cooked through, take it out and enjoy
