Zongzi

1. Wash the glutinous rice and soak for two hours

2. Reed leaves and grass rope are soaked with water

3. Cut dried squid into thin strips

4. Quail eggs cooked

5. Grab the pork belly and shiitake mushrooms with salt and soy sauce

6. Salted egg yolk cut in half

7. Soaked glutinous rice, add peanuts, red beans, dried squid shreds

8. All the materials are ready to pack the zongzi, I didn’t take pictures when I was packing, so I will just leave it 😄

9. The wrapped zongzi, add water to cover the zongzi, and cook in an electric pressure cooker for about an hour.
