Zongzi

Soak the glutinous rice in cold water overnight and set aside. The pork belly slices are not marinated in soy sauce and ginger for about half an hour. Wash the palm leaves and drain the water.

Wrap half of the soaked glutinous rice with brown leaves into the marinated pork belly and cover the other half of the glutinous rice.

Follow the edges and corners of the glutinous rice core to wrap the brown leaves tightly. (The glutinous rice must be wrapped tightly)

Wrap the wrapped palms tightly with cotton thread.

After wrapping, cook in a pot for about 1 hour.

Pick up and drain after cooking.

Just cool.
