Zucchini Bread--bread with Vegetables--zuchicini Bread

First coat two 9*5 inches/23*13 cm baking pans with oil, and sprinkle a layer of flour on them and set aside.
Preheat the oven to 325 F /165 C.
Zucchini is shredded or cut into thin shreds.

Combine flour, salt, baking powder, baking powder, and cinnamon powder and sieve once.

Pour the eggs, vegetable oil, vanilla extract and sugar together and stir well.

Add the sifted flour mixture and mix well.

Then add shredded zucchini and walnuts and mix well.

Pour into the prepared baking pan.

Bake for 40-60 minutes, or insert a toothpick into the middle to not stick. Take out the oven and let it cool for 20 minutes. Take it out of the baking tray and let it cool completely.
