Zucchini Cheese Baked Eggs-zucchini and Ricotta Frittata

Roll the zucchini into thin strips with a grater.

Put zucchini, smoked ham, beaten eggs, milk, grated Parmesan cheese and ricotta in a bowl. Stir well, add salt and black pepper to taste.

Preheat the oven to 175 degrees. Pour the egg mixture into a heat-resistant baking utensil and put it in the oven, and bake it until the egg is solidified and the surface is golden. (About 40-50 minutes)
