Zucchini Salted Egg Lean Meat Soup

Peel the zucchini and slice it. (I also made a smart cut into a flower knife myself, but it didn't look good at all when I was cooked. White toss.)

Lean meat slices are salted with cornstarch.
3.
Heat the oil pan, stir fry the next melon, season with salt, add enough warm water to boil.
4.
Beat in the salted egg.
5.
Pour in the lean meat, cover and simmer.
6.
Add chopped green onion when the lean meat and salted egg are fully cooked.
