Zucchini Vegetable Quiche

I prepared a zucchini, and I deliberately chose a smaller one, just to make a breakfast.

Cut it in half and use a spoon to remove any excess seeds inside.

Cut zucchini into small cubes

Put the diced cubes into the cup of the juicer and add 2 eggs.

Ready to start juicing and stirring.

Squeeze it into the green paste as shown in the figure. You can also leave some unsqueezed zucchini in the paste, which tastes good, with the sweetness of zucchini.

Pour the squeezed paste into a bowl, add the flour and stir continuously.

Prepare the green onions and carrots, cut them into cubes and add them to the batter, then add an appropriate amount of salt.

The prepared batter is reserved as shown in the figure.

Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the pan, pour part of the batter, and adjust the heat to medium-low.

When the batter is fried and golden brown on both sides, it will be out of the pan.

Cut the pie into a plate, and the delicious zucchini vegetable quiche is ready.
Tips:
When you put it in the juicer, you can add a small amount of water, so that the amount of flour added is more appropriate, the cake is more elastic and easier to fry, the batter made is slightly thinner, and the cake made will be softer and sweeter.
