1 Piece of Beef, 1 Green Onion, 1 Chili.

Cut the beef into strips with cooking wine, light soy sauce, ginger slices, starch and oil, mix evenly, marinate for 20 minutes, and cut the shallots into pieces.

Put oil in the pan, pour in the beef and stir fry until the color changes.

Tips:
The beef should be cut along the lines; when marinating the beef, add less oil, which can seal the moisture in the beef and make the meat more tender; the beef should not be too long when it is fried in the pot for the first and second time. The longer the frying time, the older it becomes, and it is not easy to chew.
