A Gorgeous Transformation of Leftover Rice---bacon and Apple Baked Rice

Peel the potatoes. Cut into small dices.

Cut the bacon into cubes with a knife and set aside.

The Malarizu cheese is also cut into small cubes.

Beat the eggs.

Put oil in the pan, add diced potatoes and fry until golden and remove the oil.

Leave the bottom oil in the pot, add the bacon and stir-fry until it is broken.

Push the bacon to the side of the pan, add the eggs and stir-fry them.

Pour in leftover rice, turn to low heat and add salt and simmer for 1 minute. The leftover rice is easily fried.

Peel the apples and cut them into slices, and place them on the fried rice.

Tips:
When frying the rice, sprinkle salt evenly on top of the leftover rice, turn the heat to a low heat, cover and simmer for 1 minute, so that the rice will be easily scattered. The fried rice is fragrant.
