A Hand-made Longevity Noodle
1.
Put the dough material in the mixing bowl, stir it into cotton wool with chopsticks, and then knead the dough for about 10 minutes. It’s even more convenient if you have a bread machine at home. Put all the dough materials into the bread machine and turn on the "kneading" program for 15 minutes.
2.
Cover the kneaded dough with plastic wrap and wake up for more than 30 minutes, and the proofed dough is smooth and elastic.
3.
Roll the dough into a round cake shape. Sprinkle an appropriate amount of dry flour on the dough, and then roll it into a large dough piece.
4.
Generally, longevity noodles are just a piece of noodles, and it is a bit difficult to roll out a piece of noodles. So I used a tool, Dangdang... is a pair of scissors. Use scissors to cut out a long piece of noodles. Cut the thickness and length according to your needs!
5.
Boil a pot of boiling water, add a few grains of salt (anti-sticking) after the water is boiled. Put the noodles in the pot, remove them after they are cooked, and put them in cold boiled water to cool.
6.
Boil the vegetables with water too! Remove after cooking and set aside.
7.
Put the prawns in the broth and cook, add soy sauce and salt, boil well, and set aside.
8.
Put the noodles, green vegetables, prawns, and beef with sauce in a bowl, and drizzle with some broth.
