In the beginning of the year, there are not many things, and there is a state of intensification. My bread plan, my cake plan, when I get busy with this work, I really have to take time to think about it. No matter how busy you are at work, you have to take care of it at home. Bread can sometimes be a good blender when you are busy. Sausage buns are super comfortable for my son. Generally, I like to use my own crispy sausages. I bought some if I didn’t have one at home. Sausage buns with a glass of milk can still ensure full nutrition in the morning, simple and fast. "

A Savory Bread that is Popular with Children-sausage Buns

1. Pour the flour, yeast, salt, granulated sugar, milk powder, egg liquid, water, and the liquid on the bottom and the solid on the top into the bread bucket.

2. Start a live dough program and live until the dough can be stretched and elastic. (My bread machine has a 15-minute kneading program, and basic kneading is enough. After a kneading program, you can let the dough stand for about 20 minutes, which can make the dough more filmy)

3. Add butter and start the kneading process again.

4. After starting to knead the dough twice to three times, you can pull out the glove membrane and put it in a warm place to ferment to about twice the size. (After each kneading process, let the dough rest for about 20 minutes, which can make the dough more filmy).

5. Take out the fermented dough, expel the air inside, and divide it evenly into 8 small portions.

6. Each dough is smooth, press flat, and cut the sausage in half and press it into the middle of the dough. (The sausage should be wrapped in the dough as much as possible, because the sausage will tilt up during the fermentation process)

7. Ferment in a warm place to 2-2.5 times the size. (If you tilt up in the middle of fermentation, you can also press the sausage down again.)

8. Brush the fermented dough with a layer of egg mixture, squeeze it into the salad dressing, and sprinkle with chopped green onion.

9. Preheat the oven at 190°C in advance for 2-3 minutes, put it in the lower middle of the oven and bake at 190°C for about 15 minutes.

Tips:

1. I made 8 of them here, and I baked them twice.
2. This bread will grow taller during the baking process, and the sausage will also tilt up a bit. Don't get too close to the heating tube.
3. The baking temperature can be set according to your own oven situation, and it can be colored for about 15 minutes.
