A Very Versatile Sauce-italian Pizza Sauce

Heat olive oil in a pot, then add minced garlic.

Add onions and sauté until fragrant.

Add small pieces of tomatoes and stir fry (you can peel the tomatoes if you want a good texture).

Add tomato sauce.

Then add water and stir-fry for another 5 minutes.

After the water evaporates, the sauce is slightly thicker and then the sugar is added.

Add salt.

Then add black pepper.

Finally, add Italian comprehensive spices, mix well, and the soup will be served after it is thick.
Tips:
When using this sauce to make pizza, make sure that the soup is thicker, otherwise there will be too much moisture during baking.
