Abalone and Rice
1.
Carrots are sliced in advance and then pressed into shape with a mold. Broccoli is torn into small florets and blanched, then rinsed in cold water and removed to dryness.
2.
Use a knife to remove the shell of fresh abalone, remove the black inedible part, wash it and cut it with a knife.
3.
Put the bone broth into the pot and add the abalone to a boil and cook for 4 to 5 minutes.
4.
Then fish out the abalone. Add oyster sauce, light soy sauce, cooking wine, and a little sugar to the pot and stir evenly. Bring to a boil and cook for a while.
5.
Prepare some water starch, add water starch in several times, and stir evenly each time until it reaches the desired viscosity.
6.
The rice is served, broccoli, carrots and abalone.
7.
Just pour the thick soup on top.

Tips:
1. The cooking time of the abalone depends on the size of the abalone, but the taste will not be good if it is not cooked for too long.
2. The amount of oyster sauce is more, so no salt is added.
3. Water starch should be added in portions, and stir evenly each time, otherwise there will be small bumps.
