Abalone Flower Maw Chicken Soup
1.
First, let’s talk about how to make it. Put the flower maw in a boil of water with ginger and green onion, put the flower maw on the lid, and turn it over high heat for about 3 minutes. (You can wait for the water to cool down and put it in the refrigerator) There must be no oil in the pot.
2.
Brush the abalone, peel the chicken and chop large pieces. The two were watered separately and drained for later use.
3.
Boil a pot of water and put down all the ingredients, except for the berries. Boil for about two hours.
4.
Finally, boil the wolfberry for 15 minutes and serve.
Tips:
Putting the wolfberry too early will make the soup sour. The abalone needs to be boiled whole and sliced after the boil, so that it will not grow old.
