The method is simple, but it is very delicious~

Abalone in Oyster Sauce

1. The material is ready; use a brush to clean the dirt on both sides of the abalone

2. Use a knife or spoon handle to dig out the abalone meat, remove the internal organs, rinse it, and scrub the abalone shell for later use, and then draw some flower knives on the abalone meat

3. Put the processed abalone meat into the abalone shell, put it on the steamer, and steam for about 8-10 minutes on high heat; take out the steamed abalone and put it on the plate

4. Finely chop green onion and garlic, heat oil in a pot, and sauté the minced garlic

5. Then pour in the oyster sauce, starch, and water, boil, cook until thick, pour it on the abalone, and sprinkle with chopped green onion.
