Abalone Steamed Egg

1. Beat the eggs, add salt and appropriate amount of water (egg: water = 1:3 (or 3.5).

2. Wash the surface of the abalone with a cutting knife, blanch it in water, and remove it for later use.

3. Put the egg mixture in a pot and steam it on high heat until the surface is solidified.

4. After steaming until the surface is solidified, add the abalone.

5. Continue to steam for about 10 minutes and then sprinkle a little chopped green onion.

6. Steam for another minute to remove the raw water from the chopped green onions (this step can also be omitted).

7. Pour in sesame oil and light soy sauce after being out of the pot.

8. Finished product.
