Abalone Stewed Duck

Scrub the abalone.

Then scrape off the green internal organs of the abalone with an iron spoon, because I am the only one who can't take pictures.

Wash duck meat (home-raised duck).
4.
Then put the duck meat and abalone ginger into the pressure cooker.
5.
Add appropriate amount of water.
6.
Press for 15 minutes.
7.
Season with some salt when it comes out of the pan.
