1.
First weigh the required materials
2.
Mix flour, cocoa powder, salt, baking powder, baking soda, and sift
3.
Puree the avocado, mix sugar, vegetable oil, vinegar, vanilla extract, water, and beat evenly
4.
Mix 2 and 3, stir until evenly, do not over-mix, otherwise the cake will taste too tough
5.
Into the paper cup, about 3/4 full, bake at 175C for 20 to 25 minutes until the toothpick is inserted and no batter is brought out
6.
Mix avocado puree, lemon juice, vanilla extract, stir well, gradually add powdered sugar, the more powdered sugar, the thicker the texture, and of course the sweeter
7.
Take out the cake and let it cool. Take out the 1cm diameter cake in the center, fill it with avocado puree, and decorate the top with the icing you like.
Tips:
1. The cake batter should not be over-stirred, it will affect the soft taste
2. Decorating icing recommends cheese frosting, 100g cream cheese, 50g butter, 40g powdered sugar, 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract, and can be decorated when it is whitish and white.
3. I made a few small fondant flowers, and you can also sprinkle them with favorite sugar beads for decoration
