Rinse the prawns, cut off the fringe corners with scissors, and then cut the back to peel off the shrimp thread;

Use a knife to open the meat slices on the back without cutting it off. Keep it connected. Unfold the back. Use a knife to make a few cuts on the shrimp to prevent the shrimp from curling when heated;

Marinate the processed shrimp with a little salt and 5ml of cooking wine for a while;

Peel and chop garlic, cut red and yellow pepper into small dices, and chop chopped green onion;

Put the minced garlic, diced red pepper and diced yellow pepper in a bowl, add salt, sugar, pepper, vegetable oil and the remaining cooking wine and stir to form a garlic paste, let it stand for 5 minutes to taste;

Cover the baking tray with a piece of tin foil, place the shrimp on the baking tray, and scoop a small spoon of garlic paste on the back of the shrimp;

Preheat the oven to 190 degrees, put it in the middle, and bake for 6 minutes.
