Boil the water in the pot and put a small amount of salt into the pot

Add a few drops of cooking oil to the pot (add some salt and oil in the water for blanching vegetables to keep the green color of the vegetables), turn off the heat

Put the washed leeks in the pot and scald them to remove them immediately

Rinse with cold water and drain

Arrange two to three leeks, arrange them together, and roll them up (as much as possible to make the rolls tighter)

String the rolled leeks with bamboo skewers

First brush with a layer of cooking oil, then sprinkle some salt, pepper, cumin powder, chili powder, and finally sprinkle some white sesame seeds. Bake in the oven at 180°C for 3 minutes, then take it out and eat it
