Choose good potatoes.

Wash and peel, soak in water.

Cut the potatoes into horns, not too big or too thick, or it will affect the taste.

Soak the cut potatoes in cold water to remove starch.

Remove and dry, or wipe off the water with kitchen paper. Add edible oil, black pepper powder, cumin powder and chili powder, then add appropriate amount of salt, stir evenly, and marinate for a while.

Bake for 30-40 minutes in an oven at 230°C.
