Using the automatic "peeling" function of the electronic scale (the function of automatically removing the weight of the container), the weight of bread flour, pure milk, yeast, and salt is accurately weighed and these materials are combined together.

Bread machine setting: automatic mixing time: 20 minutes, remember to press start.

After kneading the dough, add 20 grams of butter. Bread machine settings: automatic time for dough: 1 hour 40 minutes, remember to press start. Then you can watch TV or do laundry, whatever you want.

When the bread machine stops working, you will take over. Take out the fermented dough, put it on the chopping board and use a rolling pin to roll out the air. This time the noodle dough can make two pizzas, so divide the noodle dough into two pieces and shape them into the shape shown in the figure. Use a fork to press countless small holes.

This is the pizza stuffing. The shredded oyster mushrooms and celery are grown by themselves. The sausages are filled with local pork. The pork floss and seaweed are from Taiwanese livestock farmers. The butter is Anjia. I just put whatever I have at home, and friends can also put vegetables and meats that they like to eat.

It only takes 25 minutes to actually bake the pizza, so set the oven to preheat at 200 degrees for 5 minutes (in summer) before putting the fillings. Then pour a spoonful of tomato sauce and sprinkle a layer of shredded mozzarella cheese for the base flavor, then add some shredded oyster mushrooms and sprinkle a little bit of salt, then spread a layer of sausage slices and sprinkle a layer of shredded mozzarella cheese, and finally sprinkle it evenly A little black pepper powder, Wang Shouyi thirteen spice powder, cumin powder, and a little more pizza straw. The trick is to brush the bottom flavor, layer vegetables and layer meat, and finally sprinkle cheese and seasonings. It’s the same sentence: put whatever you like. The preheating of the oven stops, and the pizza is placed in the oven for 25 minutes. Reminder: Each oven has a different temperature difference, so you should watch it next to you when you bake it. If the cheese is melted in 20 minutes, there is no need to go to 25 minutes.
