Use a cooking machine to beat the cooked flaxseed into flour.

Put the ingredients other than butter and flaxseed flour together, knead to the expansion stage, add butter and knead to the complete stage, and ferment in a warm place to 2 times the size.

Vent the fermented dough, divide it into 2 pieces, knead and relax for 15 minutes.

Tips:
If you like to eat whole flaxseeds, you don't need to beat the flour. Increase the bread flour to 280 grams. After the dough is kneaded, add flaxseeds and knead well.
