Put all water and oily crust ingredients into the bread machine and stir for 20 minutes. Cover with plastic wrap and wake up for 30 minutes.

Mix the pastry ingredients evenly into a proper dough, and cover with plastic wrap for proofing.

Divide the two types of dough into 10 equal parts.

Wrap the pastry dough with water crust dough.
5.
Glue and close the mouth tightly, and do it separately.

Flatten the dough, roll it out from the middle to the top and bottom to form an oval, and then roll it up.

Cover them with plastic wrap and wake up for 20 minutes.

Roll out the waking dough again. Roll it up again, cover with plastic wrap and wake up for another 20 minutes.

Finely chop chives.

Roll the dough into a beef tongue shape, sprinkle evenly with a little salt and then sprinkle with chopped chives.

Fold into three folds, as shown in the picture.

Pinch the sides, roll them out, and place them in a baking tray.
13.
Brush with a layer of egg liquid and sprinkle with white sesame seeds. The green body is ready.

Preheat the oven at 200 degrees, and bake for about 20 minutes (the temperature is adjusted according to your own oven)
