Tips:
1. The second fermentation time is about two hours at room temperature, until it reaches the cracks in the flour and the starter comes out of the flour.
2. Do not heat the dipping material in a microwave for too long. If the butter is completely melted, the dipping material will be very thin and not easy to hang on the dough. When heated for one minute, most of the butter will melt. After stirring, the dipping material will be thicker, so that the dough will be thick. Dip into more dipping ingredients.
