Prepare the materials;

Tips:
1. When slicing potatoes, put two chopsticks on both sides of the potatoes to prevent the potatoes from being cut off. If you accidentally cut one or two pieces occasionally, it will not affect the effect of the finished product.
2. The roasting time of the potatoes should be adjusted according to your own oven and the size of the potatoes. There is no need to wrap the tin foil back in the second roasting;
