Adapted Version of Beef Pilaf

Wash the rice and soak in water for 2 hours. Dice beef, add salt, starch, black pepper, and sesame oil to marinate and mix;

Cut carrots and onions into small pieces, and divide fresh broad beans into pieces;

Put an appropriate amount of coconut oil in the small stone pot;

Add beef cubes and sauté over medium-low heat;

Put onions after changing color;

Then add the diced carrots and broad bean petals;

Stir-fry well and add some soy sauce;

Add a little salt, add water and simmer;

Simmer on low heat for 5 minutes;

Spread the soaked rice evenly;

Simmer on low heat for 5 minutes and turn off the heat. After another 5 minutes, turn on the low heat and simmer for 1 minute. Turn off the heat and simmer for another 5 minutes.

Served on the table and eaten, the fragrant beef pilaf, don’t grab it with your hands!
Tips:
1. The braised rice has distinct grains and somersault in the taste, so it must be soaked for 2 hours;
2. Nutritious pilaf, you can mix and match the ingredients you like at will.
