Then pour the marinated beef strips and stir fry quickly.

Gradually a lot of water will come out of the beef.
9.
Stir-fry until the soup gradually dries, then transfer the beef strips to a large bowl.
10.
At this time, add five-spice powder, cumin powder, sugar, and a little vegetable oil, mix well.
11.
Place them in a fryer basket or on a baking sheet in the oven. Bake in the fryer at 130 degrees for 8 minutes, and in the oven at 140 degrees for more than 10 minutes. Dry the beef strips to a little bit of moisture before they are out of the pan.
Tips:
1. The meat for beef jerky is best to use lean meat from the hind legs of cattle, otherwise it will be more difficult to bite.
2. The beef strips should be marinated for a long enough time to taste, and it is best to refrigerate overnight.
3. The taste of beef jerky can be changed to spiced, cumin, curry or spicy, and the marinade can be changed according to your own taste.
4. The final roasting process is to low temperature and slow roasting, just dry the fried beef jerky with moisture. The temperature should not be too high, otherwise the beef jerky will be mushy.
