Beef Jerky

Cut beef into strips, add scallion, ginger, pepper, cooking wine without a lid, and cook for two minutes

Remove and wash for later use

After the pan is boiled dry, add the beef and stir until there is no moisture

Put in a bowl and a half of water, add 3 spoons of soy sauce, add 10 rock sugar, 4 grams of five-spice powder, 1 tablespoon of five-spice powder, bring to a boil, turn to low heat, cover and cook for 30 minutes

Turn to medium heat and stir fry until there is no moisture. Add 30g curry powder

Stir fry evenly

Spread on the baking tray

Bake at 130 degrees for 30 minutes. Turn the noodles twice or three times during the baking process.
