Air Fryer Version Garlic Pork Ribs

1. Wash and cut pork ribs

2. Mince garlic, slice ginger, cut millet pepper into sections

3. Sprinkle a little black pepper

4. Put the ginger garlic millet pepper into the pork ribs

5. Adjust the sauce

6. Pour the adjusted sauce, grasp it evenly with your hands, and let it marinate in the refrigerator overnight.

7. Adjust the fire power of the air fryer to 200°

8. Cover the frying basket with silicone oil paper (it is not necessary to cover the silicone oil paper, because my frying basket is painted off by me, which will stick to the meat), and drain the pork ribs in.

9. 15-20 minutes, 20 minutes if you like a little burnt

10. Half-baked, take it out and turn it over
