Air Fryer Version Grilled Lamb Chops

Remove the frozen lamb chops and thaw. (Half used)

Cut the lamb chops with a knife

All ingredients are prepared, bell peppers, onions, green onions, potatoes, almonds, dried cherry tomatoes, lettuce kernels, coriander, garlic.

Condiments: corn starch, high liquor, rib sauce, column sauce, sugar

Garlic diced

All green vegetables except colored pepper and lettuce are chopped into pieces.

Put the garlic in the pan and stir fry until fragrant. Stir-fry the garlic until golden brown and take it out for later use.

Take a glass bowl and put the auxiliary materials in the bowl, and put the condiments such as rib sauce and Zhuhou sauce in the bowl at the same time

Then put the lamb into a bowl and mix well. Find a fresh-keeping bag and pour the food from step 10 into the bag and rub it gently with your hands to help it taste. Put it in the refrigerator overnight.

Air frying is preheated at 160° for 5 minutes.

Take out the marinated lamb chops, remove the marinated ingredients, and smear a thin layer of vegetable oil on the lamb chops.

Air fryer is 160°, timed for 15 minutes, take it out and turn it at a time. If you can’t cook it, increase the heat for a few minutes.

The grilled lamb chops are sprinkled with cumin on the top, and just take out the chops.
Tips:
1. My experience from this roasting of lamb chops is that it is best not to cut the lamb chops, as the whole roast tastes better. Water will not be lost.
2. In one, it is better to wrap the bone part with tin foil so that it will not burn.
