Air Fryer Version Pork Belly
1.
Pick a piece of pork belly that is evenly fat and thin, wash and cut into pieces, and cut the skin into small squares with a knife. Stir all the seasonings and marinate for four hours. (It’s more delicious to pickle overnight, it doesn’t matter if the time is short, you can dip it with sweet chili sauce or barbecue sauce if the taste is light)
2.
Preheat the air fryer for 5 minutes. When preheating, wrap the pork belly with tin foil, with the skin facing up, and grind some black pepper on the skin. When the time is up, put it in the frying basket together with the tin foil, 200 degrees for 30 minutes, then adjust to 180 degrees for 10 minutes, and you can open it in the middle to see the coloring!
3.
Then it's delicious when it comes out of the pot! It's so fragrant! Eat it while it's hot, the skin is crispy!
4.
After cooling slightly, slice, serve and enjoy! (I forgot to buy lettuce today. Actually, I don’t get tired of eating it wrapped in lettuce at all)
Tips:
To what extent the meat is colored, you can open the fryer at any time to observe. Don't burn it!
