Air Fryer Version Salt and Pepper Shrimp

Use scissors to cut off the shrimp beard and shrimp gun, then take the shrimp thread, and insert a toothpick into the gap between the second section of the shrimp body, about half a centimeter.

Gently pick up the toothpick, the shrimp thread will be picked out. Do not use too much force, the shrimp thread will break easily.

There is also a position for picking the shrimp line, which is the shrimp head position. Break off the shrimp head on one side, use a toothpick to insert it from the back of the shrimp head, and then pick it, the shrimp thread will be picked out.

If the shrimp thread is broken, we can pinch the last two knots of the shrimp body and squeeze it a few times so that the broken shrimp thread can be squeezed out.

After the shrimps are processed, rinse them well, dry them in water, add 1 tablespoon of cooking wine and 1 tablespoon of corn oil.

Add half a tablespoon of salt.

Add half a spoon of five-spice powder.

Mix all the seasonings and marinate for ten or two minutes, at most half an hour is enough.

Place a layer of tin foil on the frying basket of the air fryer, and arrange the shrimps so as not to overlap them.

Tips:
1. Fresh prawns are transparent, and the thread is easy to identify. If you can’t pick it with a toothpick, then cut the back of the shrimp to take the thread, use scissors or a kitchen knife at will, pay attention to safety, and don’t hurt yourself.
2. It is recommended that the seasoning is not too heavy, otherwise it will cover the sweetness of the shrimp itself.
