All-purpose Flour for Toast

Put the flour, yeast and sugar into the bread machine

Stir water and egg liquid, add milk powder, and mix until dissolving.

Pour the liquid into the bread machine. If the flour gluten is very low, such as only a few ten o’clock, leave a little liquid to form a dough before adding it appropriately

Turn on the machine to make a dough, add salt and continue to beat for a total of 10 minutes. Add butter

Beat the noodles for another 5 minutes. Ferment 1.5-2 times larger in a warm place. Spread softened butter on the toast mold and lid.

Grease the chopping board and divide the dough into three, round and relax for ten minutes.

Roll up the dough like a long tongue, relax for 15 minutes and then unroll it

Put it in a toast mold, let it ferment about 80% full in a warm place, and brush the egg liquid.

Preheat the oven 180 degrees. Cover the bread with water spray and bake for 40 minutes. Rewind once at 25 minutes.

The shaker plate is released from the mold.

Tips:
Flour with a protein content of 11.5 or 12.2 per 100 grams is a commonly used flour at home, which is very convenient to make bread and has a soft taste.
