Almond Matcha Cookies

Mix baking powder, flour and salt

Mix eggs, vanilla, almond extract, rapeseed oil, sugar, mix well, then add matcha mixed with water, mix well and add flour until uniform.

Use an ice cream spoon or other tools to take out the points and open them, put them in the refrigerator for at least 20 minutes

Preheat the oven 170-200 (depending on individual circumstances) and bake for about 10 minutes until the bottom has a little burnt color.

Then let it dry for 10 minutes and sprinkle with powdered sugar, or some more matcha powder and you can eat it!
