Amaranth Salad

Remove the rhizome of amaranth, take the fresh and tender part of the head and clean it

Minced garlic, chopped shallots, set aside
3.
Put some water in the pot and boil, pour some oil
4.
Boil the amaranth for 30 seconds, remove the amaranth and put it in warm boiling water to cool
5.
Drain the amaranth, sprinkle with minced garlic, chopped green onion, light soy sauce, sesame oil, a little salt and monosodium glutamate, sprinkle white sesame seeds and mix well.
