Amber Quail Eggs

Prepare the ingredients, pork filling and quail eggs

The quail eggs are cooked and peeled for later use

Add salt, cooking wine, pepper, minced ginger, egg white, sesame oil, cornstarch, and dark soy sauce to the pork filling and whisk in one direction

Roll the quail eggs in the flour

First press the minced meat into a pie shape, put in the quail eggs, and push the patties upward while wrapping

Fry until it's slightly yellow, then remove it, wait for the oil temperature to rise, and then re-fry until golden red.

Tips:
1. Don't add too much soy sauce in the minced pork, just a little bit, otherwise the color will be very dark and it will not look good;
2. Be sure to wrap some flour before wrapping the quail eggs. After cutting, the quail eggs will not separate from the outer crispy shell.
