My family loves to eat sour, so there is a lot of vinegar. The Chinese New Year is really too greasy. Send a few cold dishes to relieve the greasy. I hope you guys like it. I will post some quick dishes one after another.

An's Hot and Sour Black and White Double Vermicelli

1. The vermicelli is boiled in hot water, you can soak it first, you need extra fine vermicelli, so that it can be matched with Jue Gen powder

2. The supermarket bought one at random, and cooked it in hot water, because differently, it is impossible to judge whether it is cooked well. You can pick one and try it yourself.

3. Use the two kinds of flour in cold water, control the dry water and mix together, add the cucumber shreds, and chopped green onion.
